New Beginnings Independent Living provides supportive shared housing in South Florida for individuals in transition.

The focus is simple. The right place to land can change how someone moves forward.

Each home is more than just a place to stay. It’s an environment where people can settle in, feel comfortable, and take their next steps without added pressure. All homes are maintained as drug and alcohol-free environments to support a stable and respectful living experience.

This is independent living. Not a program and not assisted care. Residents manage their own day-to-day while having a space that supports stability and forward movement.

We work with individuals from a range of situations, including veterans and those living on fixed or disability-based income. The process is kept clear and accessible so people can move in, get settled, and focus on what comes next.

At its core, New Beginnings is about creating space for people to rebuild, regain confidence, and move forward in a way that feels natural.

The homes are maintained with care and set up for individuals who need consistency, including veterans and those living on fixed or disability-based income. Instead of adding barriers, everything is kept straightforward, no credit checks, no required referrals, and no large upfront deposits. Living is offered on a month-to-month basis, giving people flexibility while still having something stable they can rely on.
